MUSICAL THEATRE CAMP for incoming St. Stephen’s 6th - 8th graders Fall 2008
August 18-22, Monday-Friday, 1:00-4:00 pm, HELM FINE ARTS CENTER
Lead by Stewart Wilkinson, Deirdre Strand, and Carol Horn, directors of St. Stephen’s Choir, Dance, and MS Theatre programs. Make friends and learn song and dance for the Fall 2008 Musical, SEUSSICAL Jr.! Register by email: chorn@sstx.org
Fee: $100, billed to student account at the end of the camp.

AUDITIONS FOR THE FALL MS MUSICAL on August 26, 27, 29, after school.
No experience necessary! Everyone who wants to perform will be cast, and everyone who wants to work backstage will be assigned to the crew. There is something for everyone. Participation in the camp is helpful, but not required. Come join us!

So says the mischievous Cat in the Hat at the onset of this fantastical, magical, musical extravaganza! All of the favorite characters from the imagination of Dr. Seuss come to life in rollicking song and dance – Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Mayzie La Bird, Sour Kangaroo, the Wickersham Brothers, Bird Girls, the Whos of Whoville, and creatures from the Circus and the Jungle of Nool! The score features many musical styles from Latin to pop, swing to gospel, and R&B to funk!
